Mr. David Cole identified a compressor seizure of our main level outdoor unit on Sunday. Mr. Chris Boyd arrived Monday morning and by noon Tuesday, Messrs. Eric Magnuson, Lee Henderson, Rodney English and Joseph Jeffers completed installation of two Carrier systems. Your team provided courteous, knowledgeable and complete coaching on the new systems and clearly answered any questions we had. All materials, defunct systems, and packaging were collected and removed. We have been among your customers for many years and your team clearly excelled in technical proficiency, customer relations, and efficiency.
