So, if you need to repair or replace any failed part or component on a qualified Carrier system installed by Ragsdale (including digital programmable thermostats) we will cover the total repair costs, including parts and labor, for up to *15 years after the date of install.
*The 15-year parts and labor warranty is based on the equipment chosen and the written terms of your warranty. To receive this exclusive Ragsdale Warranty, we ask is that you remain enrolled in our annual Ragsdale Priority Membership Plan for the term of your warranty. If you choose not to participate in our plan your labor warranty is 2 years with the standard manufactures parts warranty.

Acts of God, war, or vandalism are excluded from all Ragsdale warranties.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your new qualifying Carrier system, or if it does not keep you comfortable, we will (for up to 5 years) make unlimited attempts to correct the situation, including replacing the system with a new system of equal value. If we’re not able to correct the problem for you, we will remove the system and return 100% of your purchase price. We're not happy until you are!
If the compressor in your new qualifying Carrier air conditioner or heat pump fails in the first five years, upon request we will replace your entire outdoor unit with a new one within 24 hours, completely free of charge.
If the heat exchanger in your new qualifying Carrier gas furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will replace your entire furnace with a new one within 24 hours, completely free of charge.
We're fully committed to your long-term satisfaction. As long as your Ragsdale Priority Membership Maintenance Agreement is kept up-to-date on your new qualifying Carrier system, we will fully protect you from the nightmares associated with owning a "lemon." We are 100% committed to you, our customer, and we will ensure you receive the highest quality equipment from us at all times.
Ragsdale is available to service your new qualifying Carrier heating and air conditioning system 24-hours a day 365-days a year. And most of the time, we can see you within 2 hours! Even on Christmas Day, we are here for you.
If you experience a failure on your new system, and your system is covered under our warranty with an up-to-date maintenance agreement, we will respond to your problem FREE OF CHARGE, 24-hours a day 365-days a year. It's that simple.
