My air went out on the hottest day ever! I called and Michael responded very promptly. He saw that I had a 10 week old son. He was very professional and refused to leave until the air was fixed. He said he did not want to leave my son without air. Even though it was raining and late at night. He did an excellent job! I was very impressed! THANK YOU
