The service tech went over and beyond to tell me and explain my repair needs. He was on time, very couteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Ragsdale. I had a slight misunderstanding regarding the serive fee but you made sure I was satisfied and I appreciate this!

My wife and I decided to call around to get estimates to service and tune-up our 5 year old system. I called several Heating & Air Companies and I was quoted their prices and services that they provide. When I called Ragsdale Heating & Air, I spoke to Debbie. Debbie was very informative, courteous and helpful. She quoted me a price for the tune-up and service. I also wanted to know if the outdoor coils were cleaned and if the condensation drain line was blown out and Debbie said "yes" that it was and it was included in the quoted price. Other companies wanted to charge extra for the drain line to be blown out and the outdoor coil to be cleaned but Ragsdale Company does not. Debbie scheduled our service for the next day at 4PM. Although the technician was running behind, I received 2 phone calls from Ragsdale Office Staff to keep me informed of an ETA of when the technician would arrive. The technician (Brian) arrived and it took about an hour to complete his services. Brian was knowledgeable and courteous and he kept me informed of what he was doing on each task he was performing. Brian even wore shoe covers to keep from damaging or staining your indoor flooring.
Overall, We think that we picked the best company to perform the most knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional services that could be provided by a Heating & Air Company.
