I called Ragdale the morning my heater went out. They were polite and professional and told me that someone would arrive the same day between 11-2. At 10:50 they called to tell me John was on his way and he arrived at 11:01. Can't beat that! He was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
